Start in three two one… Go! This is both a masterful revival of a bygone era of racing and a breath of fresh air for players who are bored with simulators. The graphics are deliberately retro but with modern features and four-player co-op in split-screen mode. The controls, though peculiar, are stable. There is a long and exciting “World Tour” mode, where you get points for your position, the remaining fuel and the number of coins collected during the race. These can be spent not only to open new locations but also to buy many cars.
