Finding Frankie places players inside a deadly game show where movement is the only path to survival. After receiving a mysterious invitation from a cereal box, the player enters a bizarre competition filled with acrobatic challenges and animated mascots behaving in unexpected ways. The main objective is to complete complex parkour sequences while staying ahead of threats that roam the environment. Running, sliding, wall-jumping, and rail-grinding are all necessary to clear each zone while avoiding traps and pursuing figures.

Characters and Threat Behavior

Contestants must compete against physical obstacles and against characters like Frankie and Henry Hotline, who actively interfere with progress. These mascots appear friendly at first but reveal aggressive patterns, forcing players to stay alert. Their movements are unpredictable, often tied to player location or timed triggers within the environment. Between obstacle sections, the player can interact with a support character called the Assistant Duck, who offers minor guidance and helps with environmental scans and lighting in darker segments of the course.

Environment and Movement Variety

The setting is the Frankie Parkour Palace — a large indoor complex made up of platforming arenas, narrow passages, and concealed maintenance areas. Players explore open gym-like spaces alongside cramped air ducts and corridors with limited visibility. Movement options are varied and include trampoline bounces, bar swings, and wall climbs, giving each level a distinct rhythm. As the game progresses, the layout becomes more hazardous, demanding fast reflexes and awareness of both the terrain and nearby threats. The game blends action and tension through its movement system and enemy encounters.
